Welcome!

Malc Skelton

Hi to all! Welcome to our fantastic web site packed with some great information which we can all use. Let's help the webmaster and make this the best county explorer website in the country!!!!
We've had some great Explorer activities like the Christmas Theme Camp and the Energise 2008 day for our Leaders which included support from the Explorer Scout Office at Gilwell.
In my role as County Explorer Scout Leader, I'm very keen to visit Districts and Units, so if you've got a great event planned, don't wait for your ESL to invite me - drop me a line and I'll do my best to drop by. Read more about me.

Cheers! Malc

From Steve Cree, ACC (10½-25 years)

Steve CreeHi Everyone!
New - updated 18 NovemberWhat a fabulous 8 months it has been since I became ACC (10½-25 year olds) in the new County Team. I don’t seem to have stopped.
The Explorer Scout Section continues to flourish with an exciting Christmas camp in May followed by a Leaders' day in June, "Kids Outdoors in Notts" in August and the County Flag competition in Sept. Plus Explorers have camped, travelled abroad and taken an active part in DofE activities.
There are already loads of things planned for 2009. Have a great Christmas!
Cheers! Steve ACC(10½- 25 year olds)
