SECTIONS
We are very keen to encourage each Section to have it's own website hosted by the County. Currently the Explorer Scouts & Scout Network have their own sites. If you have an interest in website design/development and would like to set up a site for one of the other sections please contact the county webmaster initially.
BEAVERS
Beaver Scouts are young people usually aged between six and eight years old. They belong to the first and youngest Section in the Scouting family. Young people can join Beaver Scouts in the three months leading up to their sixth birthday. They can move to the next Section, Cub Scouts, between eight and eight years six months.

Beaver Scout Safety Badge
The Requirements for the badge are as follows
Complete the following:
Explain the Green Cross code
Explain the Water Safety code
Say what to do when approached by a stranger
Identify possible dangers around the house and say what to do about them.
