Objectives

Developed their personal ability in any two practical skills which may be used in the programme offered to young people
Use at least one of the skills developed for the above Objective in the programme offered to young people
Describe effective methods of learning for adults and young people
Select appropriate training techniques to meet different training needs
Demonstrate the training/development of a practical skill in a young person or other adult
 
Please note ... this module does not teach Scouting Skills but equips participants to teach skills to section members.

The following methods of learning are available for this module

  Group - usually arranged by the County Training Team Application Forms -
  Small Group - undertaken locally contact the Local Training Managers
