Training Calendar 2008

In addition to this schedule, arranged by the County Training Team,
Getting Started Modules (1 to 4)
  will be arranged by each Local Training Manager within their areas.
Module 10 (First Aid)
   will be organised by the County Activities Team
e-learning
   several modules can be completed using e-learning, either by contacting Local Training Managers or online by clicking here
 
Please note the following items ..
 
Closing Date
   for each module is 7 days prior to the first date of training
     
Module Application Forms
   can be obtained from Local Training Managers, Training Advisers, and the County Training Administrator or by clicking the icons on this calendar
Module 6 - Changes in Scouting
  
has been integrated into Module 5 - Fundamental Values of Scouting
Module 16 - Nights Away
  is an evening and a residential weekend, both have to be attended, the overnight stay being compulsary, there is a fee of £15.00 for this module
Foundation Training
  is a residential weekend covering Modules 5, 7, 8, 9 and 13/21, which can only be attended as a whole unit, the overnight stay is recommended but not compulsary, there is a fee of £15.00 for this module
Management Training
  is a residential weekend covering Modules 20, 21, 22, 23, 24 and 26, which can only be attended as a whole unit, the overnight stay is recommended but not compulsary, there is a fee of £15.00 for this module
Module 25 - Assessing Learning
  there is a fee of £10.00 for this Module to cover the cost of a booklet and paperwork
Out of County participants
   are welcome on any of our Modules and should initially contact the County Training Administrator
Fees
   with the above exceptions the cost of attending modules is free to persons within the County, however a bond of £10.00 is required for each module applied for
Management Modules
   (Modules 20, 21, 22, 24 and 26) will be arranged as and when required. Please contact either Local Training Managers or the County Training Administrator
Specialist Modules
   (Modules 27 to 35) will be arranged as and when required. Please contact either Local Training Managers or the County Training Administrator
